		<description>Hi Julien - Thanks so much for allowing the possibility that we may be accomplishing a bold vision at nGenera.  We hope to prove that true over time.  Phasing out the SI business that was not related to our core products meant saying goodbye to some very talented and dedicated people.  No one enjoys that part of business, and in this very transparent and collaborative new world, many of our paths with cross again in the future.  Any help you can give to our ex-nGen alumni in finding good new work is greatly appreciated.  And we hope to keep you interested in following our growth as we continue to pursue that bold vision.</description>
